About the Program
Kickboxing develops practical striking through boxing combinations, powerful kicks, footwork, conditioning and controlled partner drills. Each class is structured so beginners can learn safely while advanced students keep sharpening fight-ready skills.
Students train with bags, pads, body-weight conditioning, partner timing drills and supervised sparring progressions. The focus is technical quality first, then speed, power and pressure.
